Yoga, Astrology and Vision Board Workshop

We have prepared an evening of peace, mystique and creativity for you!

This event will combine yoga with astrology and your 2024 vision board creation.

The Agenda:

• Part 1, Nina Adams will guide the called the "Lunar Influence on Human Behavior: an Astrological observation"workshop on astrology

Based in vibrant Barcelona, Nina has been teaching Yoga Workshops, Trainings and Retreats all over the world with a lot of passion and commitment for many years.  Nina is a passionate Astrologer, and in recent years she's been developing her own style of Yoga based on the cosmic influences.

In this one-hour workshop we'll explore the historical, scientific, and astrological aspects of the moon's impact on human behavior. We will have the chance to look into ancient beliefs, cultural practices, and modern research examining potential correlations between lunar cycles and phenomena like sleep patterns and mood fluctuations. The session also covers astrological perspectives, discussing the moon's influence on personalities and emotions based on its position in the zodiac. The workshop encourages active participation, allowing you to share personal experiences related to lunar cycles. Overall, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the complex interplay between the moon and human existence, blending cultural traditions, scientific insights, and astrological perspectives.

• Part 2 will include a relaxing and deliciouscoordinated by Sinzianato set you aside from your busy day and make you embrace the glory of this peaceful evening. The practice will be designed to meet the lunar energyyoga practice 

We also have all the yoga materials necessary for this event, but we encourage you to bring your own mat if you'd wish so; Otherwise we can provide high quality yoga materials.

• Part 3 of this event will include thecreation of your vision board for 2024

Here we will dive deep into the true art of manifestation and reflect upon our most desired dreams in these six categories of your life: your personal development, career path, love & romance, leisure, family & friends and your home. something is becoming the creator of your own story so you can be the author of your own life.
